Best moving company I've ever used and I have moved a lot! Very responsive to request for a bid. Lori was very professional and gave us a quote that was guaranteed not to be exceeded. (Our final total was actually lower than the bid.) Very careful, professional movers and very respectful - everything was sir and madam this or that. They showed up when they said they would and did all of the work requested - all with a great attitude. Boxes were delivered to the proper room. If something was accidently left in the wrong room, they gladly moved it without complaint. I simply cannot say anything negative about this experience. I highly recommend these movers.

This is the third time we have used Preferred Movers. Lori was very responsive to our request and timing. The crew showed up exactly as we scheduled. They walked into our home; surveyed the various rooms and furniture and then got to work. They did a fantastic job packing and padding our furniture for transport. They were experts packing our art work and various mirrors and electronics. The crew of 3 worked diligently all day packing and loading our 3200 sq ft house. They protected our floors and took extra care not to scuff or damage the Sheetrock with the large items. The next day they unloaded our belongings into two storage units. The rains came but they continued to work unless they were unloading items which were not protected. The crew were super nice, professional and very clean. Their trucks were clean and their equipment is well taken care of. The price was more than competitive and reasonable. Over the years,I have paid more and received less quality service than what the Preferred Team provided for us. We will look no place else in the future. We are Preferred Mover fans!

This is the 2nd time we have used Preferred Movers of TN for across country move from CA to TN. Lori is very courteous and makes sure to communicate. We received estimate and driver Larry showed up at promised time and delivered at promised time. The loaders on the California end rocked!! They were from u relax moving and they worked all day to get our house loaded I would definitely recommend Preferred Movers. All of our belongings were intact nothing broken it was a smooth transaction
