Best moving company I've ever used and I have moved a lot!  Very responsive to request for a bid. Lori was very professional and gave us a quote that was guaranteed not to be exceeded.  (Our final total was actually lower than the bid.)  Very careful, professional movers and very respectful - everything was sir and madam this or that. They showed up when they said they would and did all of the work requested - all with a great attitude.  Boxes were delivered to the proper room. If something was accidently left in the wrong room, they gladly moved it without complaint. I simply cannot say anything negative about this experience. I highly recommend these movers.

Having never used a moving company, I was not sure what to expect, but Preferred Movers exceeded all of my expectations!! Jacob & Corbin were amazing! They were so kind and gentle with all of our things.  We have two toddlers, so I was hesitant on the chaos this would cause, but this was hands down the best moving decision we could have made!

We moved from MA to SC. The team of movers was great and knowledgeable; our neighborhood was tricky to navigate (narrow streets) but they adjusted with a smaller UHaul truck.

We had one piece which was damaged in the move and Jamie in the office was incredibly responsive and took care of the repair for us.  I would definitely recommend them.

Let me just say how wonderful this company has been for us.  Selling, Buying and moving (especially to another state) is stressful enough without having to worry about your belongings.  The staff has been so helpful and accommodating.  They are going to load our possessions and store them for us until we can move into our house (approximately 2 weeks), I purchased a dining room suite  here in Crossville and they went by and picked it up and is going to store that for us too.  I can't wait for the next phase of our move and the great service and help we will receive from this company.  Thank you so much for everything.

This company was contracted to move my stuff from Knoxville, TN to San Diego, CA and they did an amazing job! Nothing was broken or damaged. Per military contracting, they do repack some items in a way that will keep them safe during transport if deemed necessary. So, if your stuff is packaged differently than how you picked it, it’s to keep it safe! Bob Krumpols and Laurie were both so nice and helpful in this first big move for my family. I have also contacted them to ship my car, they are the only movers I would trust to ship across country!
